PURPOSE: An SR hope for a concrete post is provided to prevent corrosion in iron and reduction in property by being substituted by a tie hoop in the concrete post having reinforcing fiber, unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester, aerosol, hardened magnesium carbonate, calcium carbonate, diorben, dimethyl terephthalic acid, and potassium methasilicate. CONSTITUTION: An SR hoop for a concrete post is composed of the SR hoop (20) composed of a reinforcing fiber, unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester, aerosol, hardened magnesium carbonate, calcium carbonate, diorben, dimethyl terephthalic acid, and potassium methasilicate. The SR hoop for the concrete post comprises 45-65 weight% of reinforcing fiber, 20-30 weight% of unsaturated polyester, 5-15 weight% of vinyl ester, 0.5-2.5 weight% of aerosol, 0.1-1 weight% of hardened magnesium carbonate, 3-8 weight% of calcium carbonate, 1-2 weight% of diorben, 0.1-1weight% of dimethyl terephthalic acid, and 1-2 weight% of potassium methasilicate.
