PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a decoration sheet with 3D and specular effects and the decoration sheet manufactured thereby are provided to produce 3D and specular effects to prevent the removal of a raised surface by heat. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a decoration sheet with 3D and specular effects includes the following steps of: forming a raised surface with a rotary screen on the top of a first PVC sheet layer; manufacturing a PVC sol coating layer by coating the top of the PVC sheet layer with PVC sol; manufacturing a transparent 2 PVC sheet layer by thermally laminating the layer on the PVC sol coating layer; and manufacturing an acryl coating layer by coating the top of the second PVC sheet layer with acryl. The thickness of the first PVC sheet layer is 0.1 ~ 0.4 mm.
