PURPOSE: A user terminal controlling method having a touch screen, an apparatus thereof, recording medium for the same, and a user terminal including the same are provided to continuously convert content according to a touch of a pattern by determining the amount of variation of content based on touch time. CONSTITUTION: A touch sensor(110) detects touch duration time and touch of a touch screen. A memory unit(120) stores content which is successively displayed on the touch screen. A controlling unit(130) converts the content displayed on the touch screen according to dragging speed detected by the touch detection unit. The controlling unit determines a content conversion unit according to dragging speed.
