Inject the cultural properties inside a chamber and lock the door as the hermetic status (S100). Set up the temperature, humidity, oxygen concentration, the kinds of the insecticide gas, and the operation time of the chamber (S200). Exhaust the internal air of the chamber to the outside and make the chamber into vacuum (S300). Charge the insecticide gas and steam of an operating condition setup step to form the insecticide atmosphere inside the chamber (S400). Countdown the operation time and maintain the operating condition of the chamber while the operation time (S500). As the operation time passes, the insecticide gas and steam provided inside the chamber are exhausted to the outside and the operation of the chamber is stopped (S600).
