PURPOSE: Ginseng and sweet pumpkin powder, ginseng chicken using thereof, and a producing method of the ginseng chicken are provided to coat chicken using the ginseng and sweet pumpkin powder. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of ginseng chicken using ginseng and sweet pumpkin powder comprises the following steps: cutting chicken into the predetermined size(S100); mixing 70-80 parts of chicken powder by weight, 80-120 parts of water by weight to obtain batter; coating 400 parts of cut chicken by weight with the batter, and frying the chicken(S110, S120); coating the fried chicken with the ginseng and sweet pumpkin powder(S140); and coating the chicken with honey(S150). The ginseng and sweet pumpkin powder contains 15-20 parts of ginseng powder by weight, 8-12 parts of corn powder by weight, 6-10 parts of sweet pumpkin powder by weight, 1-3 parts of yam powder by weight, 10-30 parts of vegetable cream by weight, and 10-30 parts of honey by weight.
