In the method of manufacturing the herbal Samgyetang material seasoning powder, a herbal ingredient is added to a constant temperature water bath maintained at a constant temperature, and a pectinase aqueous solution is added thereto to obtain a primary degradation product. The primary degradation product is left at high temperature to be deactivated. The primary degradation product is introduced into a constant temperature water bath maintained at a constant temperature lower than that of the primary decomposition step, and a proteolytic enzyme is added to react to obtain a secondary degradation product containing a free amino acid. The secondary degradation product is left at high temperature to be deactivated. The secondary lysate is filtered with a filter to obtain an extract. The extract is subjected to hot water extraction at a lower temperature than the secondary decomposition step. The extract is concentrated and dried to remove moisture.
