PURPOSE: An integrated rear lower arm manufacturing method and a rear lower arm according to the manufacturing method are provided to reduce total weight by integrally forming a spring sheet and a lower arm upper plate or a spring sheet and a lower arm lower plate while minimizing thickness reduction rate of a lower arm material. CONSTITUTION: Both sides of products passing through a trim process and a piercing process are perpendicularly folded. A mounting hole(51) is punched. A chip is removed. A knuckle combining bolt connection unit(52) is formed, and a mounting bush insertion pipe connection unit(53) connected to a mounting bush insertion pipe is sheared.
