PURPOSE: A producing method of fermented soybeans and fermented soybean paste using green-lipped mussel is provided to offer the new taste to the fermented soybeans and the fermented soybean paste. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fermented soybeans and fermented soybean paste comprises the following steps: soaking soybeans in water, and boiling; and inserting 2-10wt% of green-lipped mussel powder and a green tea extract containing salt to the boiled soybeans before injecting spawns or with the spawns, and fermenting the mixture. The green tea extract containing the salt is obtained by extracting 10-20g of green tea leaves in 2L of water, and dissolving bay salt in the obtained extract.
