PURPOSE: An agent containing Rhodotorula graminis Y435 for preventing plant pathogen is provided to enable eco-friendly prevention and to ensure crop safety. CONSTITUTION: Rhodotorula graminis Y435(deposit number KACC93113P) suppresses pear storage disease. An agent for preventing plant pathogen contains the strain and culture liquid thereof as an active ingredient. A method for preventing the plant pathogen comprises a step of treating the agent to fruits. A biological agrochemical contains the strain. The strain is isolated from Rhodotorula graminis Y435.
