PURPOSE: A culture composition, a culture kit for inducing a dendritic cell from leukocytes obtained from a peripheral blood, and a method for inducing the dendritic cell by using the same are provided to generate large numbers of dendritic cells and be used for the treatment of autoimmune disease and cell therapeutics.;CONSTITUTION: A culture composition for inducing a dendritic cell from a peripheral blood comprises adenosine-triphosphate (ATP), divalent cation, chloride, vitamin B, insulin, granulocyte colony stimulating factors, erythropoietin, and solvent. The positive cell marker factors of the induced dendritic cells are CD14, CD11c, and CD68. The method to induce the dendritic cell from the peripheral blood comprises of the steps: obtaining Buffy coat and plasma through the centrifugation of the mix of blood and anticoagulant; injecting the Buffy coat and plasma to a sterilized airtight container which maintains equal pressure between the exterior and interior; and incubating the container with the Buffy coat and plasma in a cold incubator.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
