PURPOSE: A culture composition for inducing activated T lymphocytes from peripheral blood, a culture kit, and a method for inducing the activated T lymphocytes using the kit are provided to easily acquire a large amount of T lymphocytes from peripheral blood obtained from adult, and to be used in various fields related to a cell therapeutic agent.;CONSTITUTION: A culture composition for inducing activated T lymphocytes from peripheral blood contains adenosine triphosphate (ATP), bivalent cation, chloride, vitamin B, insulin, granulocyte colony-stimulating factors (G-CSF), erythropoietin, and a solvent. A method for inducing the activated T lymphocytes from peripheral blood comprises the steps of: mixing blood and an anticoagulant, and centrifuging to obtain buffy coat and plasma; injecting the buffy coat and the plasma to a sealed sterilized container containing the culture composition, of which internal pressure is regulated to be identical with the external pressure; and putting the container into a low temperature culture machine and culturing.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
