PURPOSE: A perforating apparatus of culture medium of pot bottle for cultivating mushroom is provided to improve productivity and effectiveness of a perforating process of a culture medium. CONSTITUTION: A body frame (1) comprises a conveyor (101) which transversely transfers a basket which is loaded with a pot bottle, and a basket stopper (102) which controls a supply of the basket. A low-end of a first elevating rod is hinge-combined in one side of cam (202) which is driven by a drive motor. A low-end of a second elevating rod is screwed up in top end portion of an elevator plate (204) which forms a length slot hole (204a) so that a cam-shaft is capable of passing though. One end of a link board (206) is united in the lower one side of the elevator plate. A bearing (208) is installed in order to be pressurized by contacting a profile facet of cam in a joint of the link board and elevator plate. A culture medium perforated part (3) gets on and off with an elevation of a first elevating rod according to an elevation guide sticks. A culture medium presser portion (4) is set at a lower part of a culture medium perforated part by screw-combining to a lower-end of a connection rod.
