PURPOSE: A facility maintenance system is provided to implement rapid disaster alert and facility maintenance by evaluating a risk of a facility in real time in an environment which is affected by various weather disasters which are occurred at a position in which a specific facility is located. CONSTITUTION: A facility maintenance system includes a disaster measuring sensor module(100) which transmits measured data through a wired or wireless communication; a facility risk evaluating module(200) which determines a disaster situation based on the transmitted measured data and matches a correspondence manual by calculating a risk of a facility in a disaster situation; and a user terminal group(400) which displays the matched correspondence manual through the wired or wireless communication in real time.
