PURPOSE: A system for analyzing online game customer loyalty and an analyzing method thereof are provided to perform statistical estimation for divided areas and detailed items in the areas through a structural equation model by dividing elements related to online game loyalty. CONSTITUTION: A psychological index extracting unit(420) extracts a survey item result related to a psychological index from a stored survey result. An experience index extracting unit(430) extracts a survey item result related to an experience index from the stored survey result. A loyalty index extracting unit(440) extracts a survey item result related to a loyalty index from the stored survey result. A structural equation model applying unit(450) applies the extracted items to a structural equation model.
