PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing an electric wire using carbon nanotubes is provided to increase density of a nanotube cable by heat treatment, thereby improving electrical characteristics of the nanotube cable.;CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing an electric wire using carbon nanotubes comprises the steps of: depositing a metal catalyst selectively on a base substrate (10); injecting carbon gas in the base substrate to grow to a bunch of carbon nanotubes (22); infiltrating nanoparticles among the bunch of carbon nanotubes and connecting the bunch of carbon nanotubes in a longitudinal direction by spinning the bunch of carbon nanotubes; and forming a carbon nanotube cable by twisting the connected bunch of carbon nanotubes.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
