PURPOSE: Statin intermediates are provided to remarkably reduce the amount of an organic solvent used by having excellent solubility into organic solvents such as THF, diethyl ester, or the likes.;CONSTITUTION: Statin intermediate is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, n is 1, 2, and 3. Ar is a phenyl group, a C1-4 alkyl or C6-10 aryl-substituted phenyl group, a naphthyl group, a C1-C4 alkyl or C6-10 aryl-substituted naphthyl group, an anthracene group, or a C1-C4 alkyl or C6-10 aryl-substituted anthracene group; R1 is a C1-8 alkyl, dialkyl, trialkyl, aryl, or aralkyl. A manufacturing method of a statin-based precursor includes a step of conducting a wittig reaction of the ketone compound represented by chemical formula 1 and an ylide compound under the presence of a base.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
