PURPOSE: A three-dimensional vibration measuring method using a single vibration measuring device is provided to measure the three-dimensional vibration with the single vibration measuring device, thereby remarkably reducing expenses required for measuring vibration.;CONSTITUTION: A three-dimensional vibration measuring method using a single vibration measuring device includes the following steps of: measuring the shape information of a target object (101) and vibration components by using a laser distance measuring device (110) and a laser scanning vibration measuring device (120); calculating a transfer matrix between first, second, and third coordinate systems in respect a measurement position and a local coordinate system in respect to a vibration measuring point (102) of the target object; measuring the angle formed by unit vectors of each axis of the local coordinate system and a directional vector of laser beams based on the three coordinate systems; and measuring the three-dimensional vibration of the target object by using the vibration components and the angle.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
