PURPOSE: A composition containing jujube or grape fermentation liquid is provided to enhance antioxidation, anti-inflammation, whitening, and anti-wrinkling. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition with anitoxidation and anti-wrinkling effects contains jujube or grape fermentation liquid as an active ingredient. The fermentation liquid is prepared by alcohol fermentation, acetic acid fermentation, or combination thereof. The alcohol fermentation comprises: a step of inoculating activated lactic acid bacteria to jujube or grape juice of 10-30 brix; a step of culturing the juice at 15-50 Deg. for 1-2 week; and a step of fermenting to prepare alcohol fermentation liquid with 1-20% alcohol degrees and 1-20 brix. The cosmetic composition is manufactured in the form of a lotion, skin, nutrition lotion, nutrition cream, massage, essence, and pack.
