PURPOSE: A concrete composition of rapid hardening waterproofness polymer reforming macro fiber is characterized in excellent crack resistance. CONSTITUTION: A concrete composition of rapid hardening waterproofness polymer reforming macro fiber with excellent crack resistance comprises 5-23% by weight of cementation ash, 32-35% by weight of fine aggregate, 28-44% by weight of coarse aggregate, 1-7% by weight of water, 01.-5% by weight of polymer emulsion, 0.1-2% by weight of macro fiber, 0.1-3% by weight of water reducing agent as an admixture and 0.1-2% by weight of air controller. The glass transition temperature of the polymer emulsion is within the range of -20-15C and the weight ratio (P/C) of the solid content to the cement is within the range of 3-6%. The length of the macro fiber is within the range of 40-100 according to the length to diameter (L/D). The water reducing agent is a polycarboxylic acid based high functional water reducing agent. The air controller is a silicon based or an alcohol based air controller.
