PURPOSE: A manhole cover for preventing the inflow of impurities is provided to prevent leaves or various wastes from flowing into a manhole through an outlet of grating.;CONSTITUTION: A manhole cover for preventing the inflow of impurities comprises grating (100), a base frame (200), an opening and closing door (300), and a weight (400). The grating connects a plurality of horizontal bars (110) and a plurality of vertical bars (120) in a cross state so that a plurality of outlets (130) is vertically formed in a lattice structure. The base frame is arranged in order to individually correspond to between a pair of the horizontal bars which is adjacent to the grating and includes a drain hole (210) on the upper surface. The opening and closing door opens and closes the drain hole of the base frame by being connected to the base frame. The weight maintains the opening and closing door to a closing position in order to block the drain hole on the inner side of the base frame.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
