PURPOSE: A producing method of freeze-dried perilla leaves is provided to enable users to easily store and carry the perilla leaves containing abundant amount of nutrients. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of freeze-dried perilla leaves comprises the following steps: assorting perilla leaves, and washing the perilla leaves with water for removing foreign materials; mixing starch or flour with the washed perilla leaves, and coating the perilla leaves with coating liquid; and freeze-drying the coated perilla leaves. The coating liquid is obtained by mixing 250-330ppM of sodium hypochlorite in water.
