PURPOSE: A folding type wallet is provided to be used as a diary cover, a book cover etc, and to be folded for receiving a passport, cash, and cards etc. CONSTITUTION: A folding type wallet comprises: a rectangular first side having a first cutting line (c1), which is isolated from a central line of first and second directions to a third direction vertical to the first and second directions and parallel with the central line (P), and a second cutting line (c2), which is isolated from the central line to a fourth direction opposed to the third direction and parallel with the first cutting line; a rectangular second side extended from the first side to the first direction; a rectangular third side extended from the first side to the second direction; a fourth side extended from the third side to the third direction; a fifth side extended from the third side to the fourth direction; and a rectangular sixth side extended from the third side to the second direction.
