In particular, the present invention relates to a method for producing lymphocytes including activated natural killer cells for targeting cancer cells that express HER2/neu antigen such as breast cancer and ovarian cancer, by binding an anti-HER2/neu antibody to a lymphocyte having activated natural killer cells, and also relates to a pharmaceutical composition including same.
