PURPOSE: A ballasting device having a freezing prevention function using a micro-bubble and a vessel including thereof are provided to prevent water inside a ballast tank from being frozen effectively by supplying a micro-bubble to an underwater inside the ballast tank.;CONSTITUTION: A ballasting device (10) having a freezing prevention function using a micro-bubble comprises a ballast tank (110) and a micro bubble supply unit (120). The micro bubble supply unit is positioned in an underwater inside the ballast tank and a micro-bubble generator (130). A nozzle (140) spraying a micro-bubble generated in the micro-bubble generator is included. The micro bubble generator comprises a dissolver tank which accommodates water in which an air is dissolved, a pump pumping water of the dissolver tank to the nozzle, and a slit unit in which water pumped by the pump passes by being arranged between the pump and the nozzle.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
