PURPOSE: An electrocardiogram measuring device having a memo function and an electrocardiogram measuring method using the same are provided to improve the reliability of an electrocardiogram test by recording or writing a behavioral pattern of a user at a randomly set interval when a medical staff diagnoses an electrocardiogram measuring waveform. CONSTITUTION: An electrocardiogram measuring device includes an electrocardiogram measuring unit (330) measuring an electrocardiogram of a user by using multiple electrocardiogram measuring electrodes (307); an alarm unit (350) generating an alarm signal recognized by a sense organ of the user at a randomly set interval; a record unit (340) recording a behavioral pattern of the user during the time when the alarm signal is generated or any time the user wants; a storage unit (303) storing the measured electrocardiogram of the user and behavioral pattern time information; the electrocardiogram measuring electrode; an alarm output unit (313); a recording button (215); and a control unit (301) controlling an electrocardiogram signal and the recording unit.
