PURPOSE: A polymer material-based flexible phased array ultrasonic probe for implementing a non-destructive inspection on a material having a curved surface is provided to make the probe flexible using a polymer material, thereby improving reliability in a non-destructive inspection technology. CONSTITUTION: A polymer material-based flexible phased array ultrasonic probe includes a front conformal layer (21) and a rear conformal layer (22). The front conformal layer is formed by bonding piezoelectric elements (11) with a polymerized material. The rear conformal layer is formed by molding one side of the front conformal layer using a composite material. The flexible printed circuit board (PCB) boards (31) are capable of being bent in accordance with the surface shape of a subject specimen.
