PURPOSE: A financial network service method for converting tracking data of a user of a mobile device into credit information and utilizing the same and a system thereof are provided to enable tracking point (TP)-pro to analyze tracking information of a resident, a foreigner, and a service provider, thereby facilitating expenses support corresponding to credit information accumulation, expansion of a financial network, and a TP transaction. CONSTITUTION: A mobile-user (M-user) performs a tracking action by receiving tracking data and transmits position information, which is generated by a previous tracking action, the tracking action, and a next tracking action, to a TP-sys (A). The TP-sys converts position information of the M-user into a TP having features and quantity of credit information or intention of credit infraction of the M-user (B). The M-user obtains the TP from the TP-sys through a TP-net (C). The TP-sys stores the TP in a database/bank in a state of removing personal information of the M-user or displays the TP on tracking data of the TP-net (D).
