PURPOSE: A multi-shafts drill device freely controlling distance between shafts is provided to stably maintain the fixing state of the location-fixed drill shafts, thereby minimizing the damage and deformation of device by drill reaction force or vibration.;CONSTITUTION: A multi-shafts drill device freely controlling distance between shafts includes a drill head (101), a face surface for slide (120), a model disk (140), and a sliding tool holder (130). The drill head has multiple gears which work together with the drill head by receiving power from an external driving motor and which are embedded in the drill head. The face plate for slide is coupled to the lower side of the drill head. A slide groove (122), which is formed on the bottom surface of plate body to be recessed, is radially arranged on the face plate for slide. The model disk is coupled to be attachable to or to be detachable from the lower center portion of the face plate for slide. The sliding tool holder is configured to have a first body and a second body. The first body is mounted on each slide groove in a sliding manner.
