ACRYLIC COPOLYMER INJECTING MATERIALS AND REPAIRING METHOD OF CONCRETE STRUCTURE BY USING CEMENTITIOUS ACRYLIC COPOLYMER INJECTING MATERIALS

PURPOSE: An environment friendly acrylic cracking grout is provided to have elasticity, water proof property, and adhesive force by comprising water soluble acryl waterproof agent, denatured latex mordine (binding agent for mortar), water soluble auxiliary adhesive, water soluble secondary waterproof agent, and water soluble acryl sealant. CONSTITUTION: An environment friendly cracking grout comprises: 54-60 wt% of water soluble acrylic waterproof agent (a); 32-39 wt% of denatured latex mordine (b); 1-3 wt% of water soluble auxiliary adhesive (c); 0.5-3.0 wt% of water soluble secondary waterproof agent (d); and 1-4 wt% of water soluble acryl sealant. The water soluble acrylic waterproof agent comprises: 48-60 wt% of water-dispersible urethane-acrylate hybrid rubber; 10-12 wt% of styrene butadiene rubber; 18-24 wt% of polyolefin; and 9-17 wt% of filler. The water soluble auxiliary adhesive comprises: 15-25 wt% of mixed resin; 0.1-1.0 wt% of thickening agent; 0.3-1.0 wt% of dispersing agent; 0.3-1.0 wt% of preservative; 0.3-1.0 wt% of antifreeze comprising propylene glycol; 0.1-0.5 wt% of antifoaming agent; 0.1-0.5 wt% of pH modifier; 5-10 wt% of surfactant; and 65-75 wt% of dilution solvent. The water soluble secondary waterproof agent comprises a base material and an amine-based curing agent in a ratio of 6:1 wt%, the base material uses epoxy-based resin. The water soluble acryl sealant comprises: 20-80 wt% of aqueous acrylic resin; 5-50 wt% of filler; and 5-30 wt% of silicone oil.
