Method for Storing Rice Using Nitrogen Composition

PURPOSE: A rice storing method using the nitrogen composition is provided to minimize the respiration of the rice by changing the composition of nitrogen by the water content of the rice. CONSTITUTION: A rice storing method using the nitrogen composition comprises the following steps: measuring the water content of rice; setting the nitrogen composition for controlling the respiration speed of the rice by the measured water content; and storing the rice at 20-25 deg C in the decided nitrogen composition condition.
