PURPOSE: A method for detecting poisoning bacteria using a PNA microarray chip, a PNA and PNA microarray chip are provided to detect six kinds of food-poisoning bacteria with high sensitivity and specificity and to easily and systemically control the food-poisoning bacteria. CONSTITUTION: A PNA(peptide nucleic acid) probe for detecting food poisoning bacteria has a base sequence selected from sequence numbers 1-7. The PNA probe with a base sequence of sequence number 1 specifically binds to Bacillus cereus. The PNA probe with a base sequence of sequence number 2 specifically binds to Listeria monocytogenes. The PNA probe with a base sequence of sequence number 3 specifically binds to Staphylococcus aureus. The PNA probe with a base sequence of sequence number 4 specifically binds to Yersinia enterocolitica. The PNA probe with a base sequence of sequence number 5 specifically binds to Salmonella enteric. A method for detecting poisoning in a sample comprises a step of hybridizing the PROBE with the sample; and a step of detecting a signal generated by hybridization.
