PURPOSE: A producing method of environmentally-friendly honey using an extract of functional materials is provided to improve the palatability of the honey. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of environmentally-friendly honey using an extract of functional materials comprises the following steps: extracting honey collected by honey bees; and mixing the honey with the extract of the functional materials. The functional materials are selected from hovenia dulcis, deer antlers, ginseng, red ginseng, tissue cultured mountain ginseng, tricholoma matsutake, tricholoma matsutake, sparassis crispa, lentinus edodes, codonopsis lanceolata, and other ingredients. The extract is obtained by extracting the ingredients with 70-90% ethanol.
