PURPOSE: A method for improving the photoelectric conversion efficiency of an organic/inorganic complex tandem solar cell is provided to improve permeability by controlling the thickness of a photoactive layer. CONSTITUTION: An ITO electron transport layer is laminated on the upper part of an inorganic photoactive layer. A lamination process is performed by a magnetron sputtering method. The inorganic photoactive layer consists of an amorphous silicon layer. The thickness of the photoactive layer is controlled to improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of a solar cell.
