PURPOSE: A three dimensional crystalline structure of NALP3 PYD and a method for screening a drug using the same are provided to screen a NALP3 PYD protein inhibitor. CONSTITUTION: A three dimensional crystalline structure of NALP3 PYD protein contains an amino acid of sequence number 1. The monoclinic space group is P21. The unit-cell parameter is a=42.0 angstrom, b=60.0 angstrom, c=51.5 angstrom, and beta= 107.6 degrees. The three dimensional structure of NALP3 PYD protein is a hydrophobic residue on the surface of NALP3 PYD and contains L17, L22, P33, P34, H51, V52, I59, G63, I78, and Y84.
