PURPOSE: A method for forming hydroxyapatite coating layer on a titanium implant surface and a titanium implant having a coating layer formed by the same are provided evaporate the hydroxyapatite particles by impregnating a titanium base material into a potassium hydroxide solution. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming hydroxyapatite coating layer on a titanium implant comprises a step of forming a potassium hydroxide aqueous solution as a electrolyte liquid in which hydroxy apatite particles are dispersed; a step of depositing the hydroxyapatite particles on the titanium surface by a plasma electrolysis by impregnating the titanium material into a positive electrode. The concentration of the potassium hydroxide is 0.05-0.2 mol/L.
