PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an LED lighting part by bonding a multiple image flexible printed circuit film to a heat dissipation base made from insulating materials and an LED lamp thereof are provided to bond and assemble the multiple image flexible printed circuit film in a variety of shapes, angles, and directions at a time, thereby diffusing light within a range of 360 degrees. CONSTITUTION: A power supply port (510) is formed at one side of a body (500). A switching mode power supply (SMPS) supplies a power source to a light emitting diode (LED) chip. A heat dissipation base is integrally connected to the other side of the body. A multiple image flexible printed circuit film (400) is bonded to the heat dissipation base. A cover (540) engages the body.
