PURPOSE: An eco-friendly end protecting repair member and a method for partially repairing the inner surface of pipelines without an excavation work using the same are provided to improve the constructability by shortening a construction period as two materials of inner surface geotextile and an outdoor sealing material are compounded to one material and the resin is impregnated. CONSTITUTION: An eco-friendly end protecting repair member comprises an inner surface geotextile, an outer surface geotextile, an outdoor sealing material, and a temporary fixing material. The outdoor sealing material surrounds the lower part of the geotextile to the upper part and has a partial overlapped unit on the upper part of the outer surface geotextile. The temporary fixing material is installed in the partial overlapped unit of the outdoor sealing material in a predetermined gap. A resin dispersing material is included between the inner surface geotextile and the outer surface geotextile.
