PURPOSE: An electrostriction free lead ceramic material with excellent temperature stability is provided to represent high deformation ratio when applying electric field and stabilize field induction deformation ratio at room temperature by adding small amount of oxide of unleaded ABO3 structure. CONSTITUTION: An electrostriction free lead ceramic material has composition of the following formula 1: (1-x) {(1-y)Bi1/2Na1/2TiO3-yBi1/2K1/2TiO3} + x ABO3. The ABO3 is at least one compound which is selected from a group of Sr (K0.25Nb0.75) O3, BaZrO3, LaFeO3, CaZrO3 and LiTaO3. x is 0.03 through 0.08, y is 0 through 0.4. A manufacturing method of electrostriction unleaded ceramic material comprises the following steps. (a) Bi2O3, Na2Co3, K2CO3, and TiO2 (a) Mix and mill more than one metal oxide powder selected from a group which consists of Bi2O3, Na2Co3, K2CO3, TiO2, SrCO3, SrO, Nb2O5, BaCO3, BaO, ZrO2, La2O3, FeO, CaCO3, Li2CO3 and Ta2O5. (b) Dry the milling powder, and react solid-phase chemistry reaction by calcining the dried powder at 700-1000= for 1-3 hours. (c) Mold after wetly crashing and drying the calcined ceramic powder. And (d) manufacture plate shaped sample by sintering the molding product at 1100-1200= for 1-5 hours.
