PURPOSE: A unified compact type thermal energy storage and supply system for heating, cooling and hot water systems is provided to prevent efficiency degradation by selectively operating a solar collection device and a geothermal heat pump device according to the temperature of a hot water storage tank. CONSTITUTION: A unified compact type thermal energy storage and supply system for heating, cooling and hot water systems comprises a solar collection device (10), a thermal storage device (20), a geothermal heat pump device (30), and a control device. The solar collection device supplies thermal energy by solar energy. The solar collection device and the geothermal heat pump device are connected to the thermal storage device. The thermal storage device stores the thermal energy and simultaneously supplies the thermal energy to places to be heated and cooled. The geothermal heat pump device is connected to the thermal storage device to heat-exchange between the thermal energy and a geothermal source.
