PURPOSE: An integrated touch polarizer and a touch panel including the same are provided to improve photonic and external visibility by arranging a polarizer on the top of the conductive film. CONSTITUTION: A first conductive film includes a first conductive layer on the top surface. A first adhesive layer is included on the first conductive layer. A polarizer is included on the first adhesive layer. The polarizer includes a protection film which is included on one surface o the polarizer. The first conductive film is a zero retardation film or a retardation film which phase difference value is 1/4 lambda.
