PURPOSE: An identification data embedded teller machine, a history management system and a method thereof are provided to systematically integrally manage production history information and service replacement history information of an automated teller machine. CONSTITUTION: A history management system of an identification information embedded teller machine includes a management server(200). A management server includes a communication processing unit(210), a storage unit(220) and a control unit(230). The communication processing unit processes communication between an automated teller machine and a reader. The storage unit stores product a history information table and a replacement history information table. The control unit maps the received identification information of a sub-module of a respective main module, stores in the storage unit, searches identification information of a sub-module of the main module receiving a request if identification information of a sub-module about a selected main module from the reader, and transmits to the reader.
