[Problem] To provide a financial product transaction management device, a system, and a transaction management method with which it is possible to allow a transactor to appropriately operate types of transaction that include partial executions. [Solution] A first financial product transaction management device 1 and a second financial product transaction management device are provided with an order information generation unit for generating order information, and an execution management unit for managing executions of financial products. A first order and a second order are placed, the first order depending on the order information and the second order being one whereby a position where the first order is executed and held is settled by being executed; and only a portion of the first order and/or the second order is executed, whereupon the execution management unit divides the first partially executed order and/or the second partially executed order at a prescribed timing after the partial execution.
