PURPOSE: A tracked vehicle, and a system and a method for measuring pivot steering performance thereof are provided to measure a diameter of pivoted rotation using multi-real time kinematics, thereby improving reliability of pivoted rotation test.;CONSTITUTION: A system for measuring pivot steering performance comprises a fixed station (100), a mobile station (200), and a measuring device (300). The fixed station includes a fixed station main body, and outputs a pseudo range as an error between first satellite navigation position coordinates and predetermined reference position coordinates. The mobile station includes a mobile station main body, a first track and a second track that are positioned at the mobile station main body. When the mobile station main body pivots, the mobile station in real time corrects second satellite navigation position coordinates in respect of one end of the mobile station main body and third satellite navigation position coordinates in respect of the other end of the mobile station main body using the pseudo range, and generates first and second travelling track information corresponding to the one end and the other end of the mobile station main body, respectively, based on a plurality of outermost points of the tracks of the mobile station that is produced using distances between the second and third satellite navigation coordinates and the tracks of the mobile station.
