PURPOSE: A method for scanning partitions through partial index RID(Row Identifier) arrangement, a device thereof, a memory system thereof, and a data arranging method thereof are provided to improve the efficiency of an enterprise storage unit with a flash memory by efficiently processing sequential access and minimizing random access. CONSTITUTION: A key value arranging unit(700) arranges an index entry according to a key value. A partition dividing unit(710) divides the index entry by partition units. A partition scanning unit(720) reads a record pointed by an index RID in a database table and performs inner arrangement. The partition dividing unit calculates the size and number of partitions to divide the index entry by the partition units. The partition dividing unit compares the size of memory allocated to the arrangement with the size of the record in the table to calculate the size and number of the partitions.
