PURPOSE: An electric plug and a power strip with a one-touch on/off structure are provided to easily perform electric connection and disconnection with only the simple one-touch motion while the electric plug is combined by forming a socket with a one-touch on/off structure. CONSTITUTION: When a movable cylinder(370) is fixed, an electric plug(100) is fastened to a socket. A terminal rod(130) is connected to a positive connection terminal(371) of the movable cylinder. A terminal piece(150) of the electric plug is pressed to a negative connection terminal of a fixed cylinder(350). If the electric plug is pushed again, a hooking protrusion(374) of the movable cylinder is released from a hooking hook(331b) of a hooking unit. At the same time, the pressed connection between the terminal piece and the negative connection terminal is canceled by lifting the movable cylinder.
