Drying system using heat pump unit and cooling unit and drying method using the drying system

PURPOSE: A drying system and a drying method are provided to improve thermal efficiency by circulating moist steam to a drying unit and reusing the steam instead of discharging the moist steam which has passed through an object to-be-dried. CONSTITUTION: A cooling unit(111) cools moist steam which has dried an object to-be-dried. A moist removal part(113) removes moist of the most steam by evaporating a refrigerant passing through by a separate line. A condenser part(114) is provided with heat from the refrigerant, and heats the moist steam by condensing the refrigerant. A drying device(110) inflows air which is released from the rear side of the condenser part into the object to-be-dried. A cooling water storage tank(120) inflows the stored cooling water to the cooling unit, and the cooling water which is heat-exchanged in the cooling part is flowed in again. A heat pump unit(130) is equipped with a compressor(131) for compressing and releasing the refrigerant to the condenser part, and a liquid receiver(132) for releasing the compressed refrigerant to an evaporator. An expansion valve(140) expands the liquid refrigerant released from the liquid receiver.
