PURPOSE: An exercising apparatus for kicking is provided to allow a user to easily exercise regardless of place. CONSTITUTION: An exercising apparatus for kicking includes a support(10), a lower plate(20), an upper plate(30), and an elastic member(40). A lower post is vertically arranged on the upper side of the lower plate. A target(50) is installed on the upper side of the upper plate, and an upper post is vertically arranged on the lower side of the upper plate. The elastic member elastically connects the lower post and the upper post. The elastic member is a coil spring. The diameter of each post is larger than the inner diameter of the coil spring. A groove is formed on the outer circumference of each post.
