Eco-Environmental Sea-island Type Ultrafine Fibers and Process of preparation thereof

PURPOSE: An eco-friendly sea-island type ultrafine fiber is provided to ensure eco-friendly property and economic efficiency by complex spinning with polylactic resin as a sea ingredient and polymer resin selected from the group consisting of polyester-based resin, polyolefin-based resin, polyamide-based resin, and a mixture thereof. CONSTITUTION: An eco-friendly sea-island type ultrafine fiber contains polylactic resin as a sea island; and polymer resin selected from the group consisting of polyester-based resin, polyolefin-based resin, polyamide-based resin, and a mixture thereof. A method for fabricating the ultrafine fiber comprises: a step of melting the polylactic resin and the polymer resin in an extruder; a step of supplying the sea ingredient and the island ingredient to a spinneret; and step of drawing the sea ingredient and the island ingredient at a draw ratio of 3.0-4.0 and at 70-120 m/min.
