The present invention does not use that, GPS receivers on the fractional frequency synchronization acquisition method of WiBro system at a base station or a wireless repeater by measuring the spread of the received signal at the adjacent sub-carriers using the orthogonality of PN sequences, we propose a fractional frequency synchronization acquisition method for estimating the frequency offset.
