PYROLYSIS TANK FOR WASTE AND METHOD FOR PYROLYZING WASTE CONTINEOUSLY THEREOF

PURPOSE: A pyrolysis tank consecutively pyrolyzing waste and a method for pyrolyzing the waste therein are provided to improve thermal efficiency by using the gas generated in a pyrolyzing process of the waste as an energy source of a burner and to recycle the waste resources. CONSTITUTION: A pyrolysis tank comprises a waste inputting unit, a main body, a burner unit, a waste transfer member (30), and a waste discharge member. The waste transfer member includes a ring-shaped fixing unit (33), a cylindrical transfer unit, and a rod. The transfer unit comprises rings, first twist sheets, second twist sheets, a rod, and a first motor unit. The first twist sheets are connected to a first ring and a second ring and are installed to be inclined relative to the axial direction of first-third rings. The second twist sheets are connected to be crossed as each gap of the first twist sheets to be corresponded to the thermal transformation in the second ring and to reduce the deflection. The second twist sheets are installed to be inclined relative to the axial direction of the first-third rings. The rod is installed in an axial center direction of the first-third rings and delivers the driving force relative to the first-third rings.
